Donaldson BOFA AD250 & AD350 Combined Filter

Compatible with AD250 and AD350 Laser Fume Extraction Systems

Combined HEPA and ACF Advanced Carbon filter designed for easy installation in Donaldson BOFA AD250 and AD350 units.

This component serves as the second and third stages of filtration, combining the HEPA section and the activated carbon section in a single unit. The filter housing is made of galvanized mild steel for enhanced strength and durability.
• HEPA Section (High Efficiency Particulate Air): made of pleated glass fibers (MaxiPleat), capable of capturing 99.995% of particles down to 0.3 μm.
• Activated Carbon Section: designed for the final adsorption of harmful vapors and gases.

Maintenance and Replacement

The replacement frequency of the filter depends directly on the application in which the system is used. As a general guideline, it is recommended to replace the filters annually (both the pre-filter and the combined filter), or whenever the system issues blockage alerts, either on the display or via indicator lights.

Note: This recommendation is for guidance only, as the filter’s service life may vary significantly depending on the type and intensity of use.

When replacing used filters, proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) must be worn. Disposal should follow local regulations for handling contaminated waste.
